CASP provides small grants to arts and community organisations, Regional Arts Boards and local arts councils in regional NSW for short term, locally initiated projects. The aims of the program are:

to assist locally determined cultural activities;
to increase opportunities for regionally based groups to access a diverse range of arts programs;
to enable communities to explore and express their cultural identities;
to encourage communities to work together to develop and participate in cultural experiences;
to bring social and economic benefits to the community through training, employment and promotional activities; and
to leads to greater awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity in rural and regional New South Wales.

Applications

Download both the 2008 Guidelines and 2008 Application Form below in either PDF or Word. You may also request copies from your local Regional Arts Development Office (RADO) (see RA Network) or, if you aren't in an area serviced by a RADO, from the Funding Officers at Regional Arts NSW Tel 02 9270 2501 Email funding@regionalartsnsw.com.au.

Read the guidelines carefully to ascertain the eligibility of both your organisation and your proposed activity for funding under this program.

It is advisable to speak to the RADO for your region or Regional Arts NSW about your project.

Applications MUST be postmarked by Thursday 14 February 2008.
