The third Regional Arts Australia National Conference was hosted by Regional Arts NSW on behalf of Regional Arts Australia and in partnership with the Regional Arts Board Albury Wodonga. Groundswell was made possible with the assistance of the Regional Arts Fund, an Australian Government initiative supporting the arts in regional and remote Australia.
