580 artists and community arts workers from as far away as Christmas Island and the Tiwi Islands, from Darwin to Tasmania, made Groundswell the biggest gathering of arts practitioners and advocates in Australian history. Together we gathered under the sunny skies of Albury for three extraordinary days of sharing, celebration, discussion and debate at this, the third Regional Arts Australia National Conference.
Groundswell featured a diverse array of speakers, forums, workshops, tours and other events. With nine keynote speakers, nine plenary panellists and over forty optional forums and workshops, there's lots for us to report on.
