Project Officer, Marilyn Gourley is taking up a great opportunity to guest lecture at a Tasmanian University during March and April this year. As such, South West arts are seeking to employ a temporary Regional Arts Project Officer for seven weeks commencing from Monday 2nd March 2009 until Friday 24th April 2009 to continue the work of the 2009 Regional Arts Development Program.
The successful applicant is able to work from the Deniliquin or Hay office of South West Arts, and will be required to undertake a minimum of 3 days per week work for the seven week period. The position attracts a FTE salary of $35,000 per year plus entitlements. The applicant will be employed as a core staff member, with standard super and work-cover entitlements. A fully maintained work use vehicle will also form part of the employment contract in addition to the salary.
The main role of the RAPO will entail arts program based administration and support to the Regional Arts Development Officer/Executive Officer position to deliver the projects mentioned below in the recently released 2009 Arts Development Program.
