New RADO sought for Southern Tablelands

Salary: $45,000 p.a. + car

This is a unique opportunity for an energetic and community minded individual to facilitate and support community based arts development in the Southern Tablelands and Highlands regions of NSW, comprising the current local government areas of Boorowa, Crookwell, Goulburn, Gunning, Mulwaree, Queanbeyan, Tallaganda, Wingecarribee, Wollondilly, Yarrowlumla and Yass.

Working with the Southern Tablelands Arts (STARTS) Board, the Regional Arts Development Officer (RADO) will continue to develop and implement a regional arts program in consultation with local stakeholders.

Applicants must demonstrate sound understanding of the issues, practices and processes of regional arts development and Local Government and possess strong planning, consultation, administration (including funding) and project development skills.

The RADO works from an office in Goulburn NSW.
