Quicks for July to September 2009
Regional Arts NSW is pleased to announce ten new projects funded in the July to September 2009 quarter of the Quick Response grant program.
Grants approved this quarter extended to projects for visual arts, theatre, music, textiles and cultural development projects across the Central West, West Darling, North West, Mid North Coast, Northern Rivers, Upper Hunter and Albury Wodonga regions. These funds enabled community groups to take up valuable opportunities arising at short notice in their local communities and for artists to engage in professional development opportunities further afield.
The Quick Response Grants program provides assistance for regional NSW artists, arts organisations and communities to take advantage of professional and project development opportunities that present themselves at short notice. The funds are provided through the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund which is administered by Regional Arts NSW in New South Wales.
